InTown Suites Extended Stay Atlanta GA - KSU/Kennesaw

I had a wonderful experience thanks to Nicole, the manager at InTown Suites in Kennesaw. When I first moved to the area for work, I was having difficulty finding the right apartment and decided to stay at an extended-stay hotel to give myself time to search. Although Nicole was not on duty on my first day of check-in, she made a point to follow up with me personally when she returned and ensured I had all the information I needed. What truly stood out was her thoughtfulness and flexibility. Since I work night shifts and sleep during the day, the standard 11 a.m. checkout time was challenging. Nicole went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and allowed me to come in later in the afternoon so I could get proper rest. Throughout my stay, Nicole was consistently friendly, professional, warm, and welcoming. Her level of customer care made a stressful transition much easier. She is truly a great asset to her team. Highly recommend!

Omg!!! Nacole is the best. Every question I ask she was very helping in everything. No attitude no rudeness what so ever. Every child that’s here she has look out for. Property clean to its best. First time staying at the In Town Suites. The first couple of days was very challenging because my room was smelling like pure cigarettes which made me very sick. I went to to front desk to let someone know my experience. I met Nicole and I explained to her what was going on. Her response to me blew my mind. She said, “what can I do to make your stay more comfortable?” Her customer service was excellent and still is! she did not have an attitude neither did she show any signs of irritation. She kept a smile on her face and provided excellent customer service to me. She was able to switch out my room and told me to let her no if there are any other issues. Nicole is amazing and we need more people like her who work with the public. Big thumbs up Miss Nicole! You rock!

I love this InTown Suite the rooms are always clean and they make sure to check the fire alarm and AC filters everytime they clean. The service is top tier I love Ms.Nicole she is the property manager and very professional and great at what she does.

Nicole always worked with me and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. When there was a booking error, she fixed it right away—quick, efficient, and professional. Honestly, near the end of 2024 I was down in my luck when I had to move out of my parents and was beyond aimless wondering where to go after leaving my old town, found this place and was beyond thankful for the affordable pricing and being literally up the road from my soon after job and several food places. The front desk personnel Ms. Nicole, absolute godsend for me as she was very helpful with my questions about the area, making informed financial decisions, and even encouraging me when handling my own personal issues finally getting back on my feet as an adult in 2026. Without this place I probably wouldn't even know where I'd be right now, so I can't say thank you to Intown Suites enough.

From the first day, she’s gone out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. Nicole has a calm and approachable way about her that makes it easy to bring up questions or concerns, and she always follows through. It’s rare these days to come across someone in management who genuinely cares about both the property and the people staying there, but Nicole really does.
